  • this membership is primarily for the girls who want to feel the most confident in their bodies while learning the deeper why & science behind different exercises & movements.

    our programs focus heavily on form so that we are able to target various muscle groups in the most efficient way to achieve the goals you want to see.

    we also structure all of our programs for at-home workout girlies, but it can also be done in the gym if that is your thing!

  • our programs are unique in that it they are created by a board-certified dr. of physical therapy & utilize your female neuromuscular physiology in order to help you reach your goals.

    throughout the programs, you will learn how to work with your body, rather than against it. we consider ourselves a nontraditional strength training program, with guidance for other aspects of health & wellness, like our cardiovascular health, gut health, & menstrual cycle health.

    some of our members say our style combines the best of pilates & strength training.

    we also have optional yoga, sculpt, & mobility workouts to help with period cramps, gut health, digestion, constipation, deep core activation, pelvic floor opening, breathwork, & improving your mobility overall.

  • our goal is to support you in maximizing the time you have to invest in yourself!

    we have workouts that range from 5-ish minutes to 50-ish minutes, but most of our workouts stay around the 30-40 minute range. 

  • great question! we have some workouts that are bodyweight only & travel friendly, but in order to get true benefit from the program, we recommend:

    • Yoga mat (for comfort, of course!)- i use a stakt mat if you need a recommendation :) 

    • A range of dumbbells

    • Pilates ball

    • Looped “booty” bands (multi resistance)

    • Long resistance bands

    • Ankle weights (optional)
