I specialize in sports orthopedics and pelvic floor physical therapy, helping make wellness more attainable through body, mind, and movement education & programs.
having struggled with many of the physical and mental challenges women face—disordered eating, body image issues, and balancing faith, relationships, work, and school—I understand the journey.
thankfully, my passion for movement and the human body gave me control over one part of the equation.
now i want to make health & wellness education & practices more approachable & fun to help others build lifelong wellness habits and achieve their fitness, health, and wellness goals.
